Responsive Service Fleet – After your equipment has been delivered or your system has been installed, CBI’s staff of certified Field Service Engineers is on standby 24/7 to provide on-site support anywhere in the world. CBI’s service fleet is known to be the most responsive in the industry. Since CBI designs and builds the entire system we are strictly responsible for servicing every part of it, not just the grinder, the screen or the shredder but every component.

Fully stocked parts depots – CBI maintains tens of millions of dollars worth of inventory in parts depots located around the world. This is important when emergency repairs must happen quickly and downtime is expensive. One phone call to CBI is all it takes to coordinate even the most complex service issue.
