Stationary Systems
CBI stationary systems come in all shapes and sizes – indoor/outdoor; from simple stand-alone Grizzly Mills® for saw and paper mills, to complete multi-dimensional systems for C&D processing facilities that incorporate various combinations of slow speed primary shredders, screeners, conveyors, picking stations, magnetic separators, water tanks, and secondary and tertiary grinders to assure specific product size. But, no matter what the size or application, one thing remains constant – CBI will never, ever, compromise on quality.
CBI is the only company in the industry that can handle every aspect of configuring, building, installing, and supporting a complete materials processing system. The process always starts with gaining a complete understanding of our customer’s requirements.

Because no two projects are alike, and because CBI does not sell “off-the-shelf” solutions, CBI engineers meet with every stakeholder involved in the project to analyze such variables as:
- Incoming material composition and quantity
- Required end-product parameters
- Infrastructure – building size and configuration, available space, power requirements
- Operating environment – dust, noise and odor control
- Traffic flow
- Material flow
- Neighborhood issues
- Needs for future growth
Bottom line is that you get a complete system with no finger pointing ... when we build it, we own it.

"I looked at a lot of CBI equipment working at facilities around the country before we chose to go with CBI for this project. No matter what the plant conditions, the CBI eqipment was always running well ... and staying up and running is the key to success in this business."
Gil Lopes, New England Recycling
