CBI GRIZZLY MILL - A Look Inside

The CBI Grizzly Mill is used for C&D, Biofuel, Mulch, and Sawmills.

	Adjustable Anvil Shear Pin support Blocks bolted on for ease of anvil adjustment and removal of broken shear pins.		Extra heavy-duty swing away anvil with bolt-on liner for ease of replacement.
	Heavy reinforced Grate Frame with 2" thick 500 BHN replaceable liner. Optional hole pattern available for different applications and end-product requirements.		To protect the Hog from tramp material, the Anvil is held in place by Shear Pins that are fully supported in heavy-duty long length bosses.
	Grate, Anvil and Upper Frame are Electrically Interlocked to ensure maintenance personnel safety, as well as, remote monitoring during operation.		The industry's largest Shaft and Bearings designed to support high Horsepower input and processing of large diameter material.
	Bolt-on Striker Bars are embedded with abrasion resistant tungsten carbide for maximum life. Lifetime warranty against breakage!		Two position Grate is protected with four Shear Pins mounted in high tensile steel bushings supported by heavy-duty long length bosses.
	High inertia solid steel patented Rotor with four alternating angled rows of striker bars gives even distribution of material being processed for balanced wear and maximum throughput.
