STANDARD 4872 GRIZZLY MILL STATIONARY SYSTEM
The CBI Stationary System is used for C&D, Yard Waste, Biofuel, Mulch, Sawmills and Land Clearing.
Our stationary systems are high production, rugged units with the lowest total operating cost of any wood processor in the world. These systems can be delivered in an endless variety of configurations to accommodate your specific needs, from:
- pre- and secondary screening of dirt and abrasive fines,
- pre- and secondary grinding of wood,
- picking stations,
- metal removal,
- built-in coloring systems for decorative mulch,
- radial stacking conveyors,
- diesel or electric drives.
Throughputs can go up to 150 tons per hour. Fuel consumption is as low as 12-18 gallons per hour. Maintenance costs are also very low. The system is tolerant to rock and metal, and is safe to operate with no flying debris.
