Accounts Receivable Associate
Support day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable. Specifically the preliminary customer billing preparation function required for invoicing including period end close, reporting and other related accounting activities.
• Support policies and procedures for collections position
• Collect, record and deposit receipts daily
• Achieve key performance targets in the areas of accounts receivable management, such as bad debt, cash receipts and aging accounts receivable targets
• Collect customer information, research credit history and establish terms and conditions
• Research and solve payment discrepancies and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate customer accounts by applying payments and credits
• Print statements and mail
• Hold collections meetings
• Provide phone support as needed in regards to customer accounts
• Support front office administrative, day to day functions such as answering telephones
• Run a accounting reports for controller
• Assist controller
• Other accounting projects as assigned
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.
Requires regular contact with other departments or companies on routine company business.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• 2 to 4 years related work experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MAS software preferred.
• ERP systems experience

Service Manager
Primarily responsible is for the development, management and P&L of the Service Department as well as to ensure outstanding customer service to all CBI’s internal and external customers.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
•Oversee the activities of the inside service representatives and the outside service technicians including installation, service, maintenance, repair, and phone support of CBI equipment to ensure that all customer needs are met
•Perform financial forecasting and cost control related to service department
•Manage running costs and service overhead
•Manage existing processes; ie, PM programs, warrantees, etc
•Develop and implement procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Service Department and ensure that the department remains profitable
•Monitor programs and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain in-depth working knowledge of CBI systems and processes.
•Assist Service Reps, Reps/Dealers/Sales in troubleshooting service issues that require special handling and act as a resource in resolving customer issues brought to the Department.
•Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. Provide feedback to Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
•Lead and inspire the Service Team in order to achieve high performance.
•Measure Service Rep performance via performance appraisals
•Maintain advanced technical knowledge on existing and newly released products.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•College Degree preferred.
•Minimum 10 years experience in Customer Service
•Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service management within a manufacturing environment
•Excellent team player, Lead by example, Inspire others to follow.
•Strong Communication Skills, Verbal and Written.
•Advanced Computer Skills to include MS Office & Outlook.
•Manufacturing Software knowledge, MAS90 preferred.

Sales Representative
This position is responsible for managing and developing new business prospects, solving problems and providing overall customer support.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Prospect for new customers, as well as increase penetration in existing accounts as assigned
Maintain and develop new business within given territory
Assist other Sales Representatives with their territories
Develop new product ideas and line extensions
Report field information back to the Director of Sales regarding competition, pricing, etc.
Maintain updated account records, as well as an updated prospective new account list
Responsible for the placement of product and programs with volume based customers
Exhibit/attend trade shows and manufacturers conferences (create and build trade show booths),
Introduce and market products, meet with prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Communicate with management regarding itineraries, activity and organize work efficiently
Participate in sales forecasting and planning
Assist other departments with customer interaction as necessary
Travel required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Sales or Marketing is desirable
4 + years related work experience
Computer proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Office is required.
